3. Free Trial:
The 14-day free trial allows potential customers to experience the core features of PointerUp without any financial commitment. No credit card is required to start the trial, making it easy for anyone to explore the service risk-free. It’s an excellent opportunity for businesses to evaluate if the app builder meets their needs before committing to a paid plan.
4. No Hidden Fees:
Transparency is key to building trust with customers, so we ensure that there are no additional transaction fees, commissions, or sales limits. Customers can focus on growing their business without worrying about unexpected costs. Whether you’re running one store or multiple, you pay only for the subscription plan you choose.
Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation:
We want to make it easy for users to manage their subscriptions, so cancellation is straightforward. You can cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop any future payments from being charged. However, your access to the services will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, access will be revoked unless you re-subscribe.
2. Immediate Effect:
Once you cancel your subscription, it will take effect immediately, and no future payments will be charged to your account. For example, if you cancel on the 15th of the month, your access will remain active until the end of that month but not beyond. This ensures that you only pay for what you use.
3. No Refund for Unused Time:
As part of our No Refund for Unused Time policy, we do not refund any payments made for time that was unused within a billing cycle. For instance, if you cancel your plan mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days. However, the cancellation ensures you won’t be charged for the next cycle.

Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
To give new users peace of mind, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days of subscribing, you feel the service doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full refund. This provides assurance that if you change your mind shortly after subscribing, you won’t be left with an unwanted charge.
2. Refund for Past 12 Months:
In case you cancel after the initial 30 days but still wish to receive a refund, we offer refunds for the past 12 months of subscription payments. This is useful for customers who may have paid for an extended period but have decided not to continue with the service. However, refunds will not be provided for any time beyond the 12-month period, meaning if you cancel after 12 months, you will not receive a refund for the last year or longer.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions:
- If you have made any custom requests such as custom integrations, development work, or design changes beyond the standard plans, these will not be refunded. These are usually project-specific, and the costs associated with them are non-refundable.
- If you’ve purchased additional services or features beyond the regular subscription (e.g., add-ons, extra integrations, or advanced customization), those purchases are final and non-refundable.
